VBA macro recorder for x3.1

I remeber that windows 3.1 had a macro recorder built in, now it is available in XP. I am running 2000, Are there any FREE programs that will record a macro of keystrokes and mouse clicks. It has to be free, not because I am tight but because I will be doing it for lots of people.
