VBA, Lost feild

I creat a feild in form modificator, after that i add it to vba, but the problem is by mistake i delete this feild, and each time i start gp i tell me there is a error .......

how can i take retreiw this field or taked off vba

this is the text i found in Dynamic.txt
'(L) ChaîneM158' of window 'SOP_Entry' of form 'SOP_Entry'

Cut and paste all the VBA code for that form (Module) and any Grids that it may have to Notepad files.

Make a note of all the fields added to VBA by looking at the properties drop down list.

Then remove the form from VBA. Now add it back, add the fields back and paste the code back.
