VBA Language help files filename (???.hlp ?)

I'm looking to have access to VBA helpfiles in two languages (English and Japanese) available at all times. I'm running Office XP on English Win XP with Japanese language pack.

Any ideas how to set this up? (Currently, I have to switch my language mode and reboot to swap languages)
