Hi,

We're being audited regarding our software licenses and an external company is suggesting we should be paying for licenses for VBA since Sage is installing VBA which is used for macro development. While we're still working through this I'm wondering if anyone out there is aware of a potential licensing agreement between Sage and Microsoft as per the following link:


We've reached out to Sage and they've not yet responded so I'm wondering who here might now know anything about this?

I've seen some tough audits around Sage. Like trying to explain why older versions of security records in the ism files are still there.

I would suggest that your auditors find something else to audit.
