VBA - Default Excel 2007 file to only save as Excel 2007 file

Have a shared Excel 2007 work book on the network drive that is accessible by 6 people.

Problem: Oftentimes, several individuals save the work book in Excel 97-2003 format.

Any vba code available that will restrict the users to only save a Excel 2007 formatted workbook as a Excel 2007 formatted document would be appreciated.
