VBA Code linking to explorer 1

I am trying to create a text box that will open up Windows Explorer and be able to map say: C:\WINDOWS\occache\file.exe

I was wondering if it were possible to write code to open up Windows Explorer and link that file location to the text box as either a link or just text.
