VBA Code Database

I remember an ex-colleague of mine created a database that would categorize and store codes that would be useful, much like the FAQ sections in Tek-Tips, but that could be accessed from a hard drive and limited to the ones the user (my colleague) thought useful.

Before I go create one of my own, does anyone out there have something similar?
