I have a diffgram that I want to 'load' into a SQL 2000 database. After trying the examples on the microsoft site I am getting an error :
Failed to load library sqlxmlx.dll. Please make sure it is properly installed and registered.
I have tried to register the dll but it won't allow it. I checked other news groups and it is suggested that MDAC2.7 refresh may help, we currently have MDAC2 2.7 but I would like to know if upgrading would help before I do it as management might not agree without proof.
