vb6 package & deployment path error

I wrote a small program and packaged t on my computer to transfer two cab files to two floppy disks. When I install to my computer the program installs ok but to check further I use another computer and install the program on it. I get the message that the program installed but when i try to run the program i get an error # 76, path not found. I've tried everythingI can think of but I can't run the program on the second computer.

when I install the program I have to ok an ignore message that states I can't copy MSVCRT.dll
Help!
