vb6 n00b and ftp

hi guys,

Im new to to vb (know my way around vba), I have coded a ftp client in php and want to create the same type of script in vb (custom gui rather than webpage), is there an api that exposes ftp methods that can be called or another way to do this... have seen some examples on the net using inet - but i get an error saying no inet licence...

any ideas guys.. :D
