VB6 calling MF Cobol 4.0.38

I'm looking for an example of VB6 calling a cobol pgm.
My purpose is to have the cobol pgm read ISAM files and pass data back to VB6 to populate a mySQL data warehouse.

I'm running MF Cobol 4.0.38 on XP professional 2002 with sp3.

Compile and link examples would be much appreciated as well.

I've found the VB-Call-COBOL.zip on the MF site, but it appears to be for .net, so doesn't apply...

Make a DLL with the COBOL calls and then interface it with your VB6. I don't know the process with the MF product, so you'll have to have someone else fill that in for you. But the documentation should tell you easily enough how to make a DLL in MF COBOL.
