VB6 and .NET

Can vb 6.0 exist side by side with Visual Studio .net 2003 Architect?

Yes it can. It's also recommended that you install VB 6 first.

All installed on my PC...

No problems, all work fine.

bclt, what does that have to do with having multiple installs of VB?

Some software packages clash with previous versions, I was making a point that the .NETs don't clash with each other or VB6...

I can't even remember what all I have installed on mine...
All I know is I have about 3GB left on a 80GB HDD... ;-)
(that's with constant clean up maintance, too...)

Hmmm... Agree that multiple versions of the same software could leed to crash. VB6 crashes with the music program "hip-hop eJay". When you launch it it deletes!!! the comdlg32.dll and the common dialog appears to the forms as the closest control...a picturebox!! haha. When i used this program i had backup of that dll.

I've got 3 disks: 2 internal (160 and 200 G) and 1 external (120 G) ...
