VB6 & InterDev Link Diagrams?

Does anybody know if the Link Diagram system in Visual Interdev is available as an ActiveX control for use in VB...?

If you have the Visual Studio 6 MSDN library installed, you can see what I am talking about by searching for the topic "link verification" in the MSDN Library.

I am writing a small web app and I would like to use link diagrams in it. I have seen this same kind of thing in other Microsoft apps like Frontpage and I am hoping it's hiding on my system somewhere in the Components or References list.
