VB5 and Windows 2K Compatibility Issue

I have an application created in VB5 Enterprise installed on Win2K Pro Workstations. Every time I close the application either from the File|Exit or the "X" button, my application GPF's.

The same problem also happens when I open up VB5 from win2K and exit VB5 without loading any application. The problem sounds more like a VB5 compatibility issue rather than a problem with my acutal application.

Has anyone experienced this? Are there know compatibility issues with VB5 and Win2K. Are there any service packs or work-arounds to correct this?
