VB4 Y2K patch

If you didnt know already, VB4 16-bit Version 2 is NOT Y2K compatible, you can get the patches from MS's web site.<br>

VB4 16-bit Version 4 is Y2K compatible, however the design time editor is not !. Again you need a patch from MS's web site.<br>
