VB3/Data File Hell from 1993

I have inherited a project which was written in 1993 and the huge data file is stored in a (.trt) format.<br>

<br>

I have VB5 and VB6 but no VB3... I can't open the darn file... all i get is gobbildy-gook. <br>

<br>

Are there any routines to attach/convert these files?
