Can we change the fg&bg color of the command button?then how?I changed the color in prperty of the command button,but no change in the color?

Change the style property to "graphical", this will allow you to either change the color, or make it a graphic ;)

C program run, C program crash, C programmer quit...

In the ide you just change the color of FOre and Back, and in code its
mommand.forecolor = vbyellow
to make it yellow.
