VB webclass : stupid question

hi all,

i just begin in webclass, under VB 6 + a IIS server, everything is okay excepted this stupid thing that
doesn't works and makes me crazy :

i do have on a HTML Template two hyperlinks. one reloads the same template, the other goes to the next template. ( url tag becomes something like : "first_template.ASP?WCI=secondtemplate&WCU&" )...

I tryed to connect my hyperlink with an HTML template, with a custom web item that launches secondtemplate_Respond ...
nothing works ...

it works when my link is connected to itself but not to an other template ...

what's wrong ?
that seems easy ... but making me crazy ...
