I'm a jr. programmer who's had a tough time breaking into the industry, but, I've gotten my foot in the door, and, I need to build a good toolkit. In other words, I know that professional programmers have not only all of their books handy, but, also, a library of different code modules, forms, etc. Does anyone have any ideas on where I could find this kind of stuff, or, what kinds of stuff I need, for that matter?
