VB send object code

I am trying to convert a report in access to an excel file. How to do this. I tried exporting it but the summary fields like sum of a group appear in the next field as that of the field itself. Is there any other way doing it. like send object code in VB or something. i read about this in other posts. What code should be written and how.

example- this is what happens 49 should come under 13 but doesnot do so

Hi,

Kind of depends on how complex your report is.

Are there calculations, other than sinple row or column totals?

You could simply replicate the QUERY in Excel via DAta>Get External Data and then format the results for your report.
