VB Search Word Excel Documents

Anyone know if there is a way using VB.NET to search a word doc in a folder for a specific word or phrase?

i can find and locate files i just am unable to search for keywords in the files in the directory.

You need to use indexingservices if you are working on a windows server system. Else I would recommend looking at google. Wrtting this yourself would not be that easy, well not if you want it to be fast.
