VB Scripts showing username and create log file on remote pc

Hi I have two scripts that when run pop username of person that logged in and the other one a log file of who ran it.
This working fine on my machine but what i want this to do is when user clicks it it pop up on another machine with there username and the log file is also create on that machine.
