VB Script to populate jscript web page shell

I have a web shell built with jscript. The data I want to use to feed it is in a .csv file. I have done similar things with PHP but not jscript. Can anyone provide a starting point for me? Thanks

PHP = server side, so the .csv is on the server
Javascrit = cliente side, so the .csv is on the client

Can you ellaborate a little bit? What's a "web shell", an "e-crab"?

Hmmm. JScript is used with ASP as is VBScript. ASP is an alternative to PHP. Could it be that you are looking for the ASP equivalent of fopen?
