Vb script that will Add Sec groups to local securitpolicy of computers

Hi , do we have a vb script that will delete the groups in the :access this computer from the network" and add a sec group to local security settings/user rights assignment/access this computer from the network and log on locally from the list of computers that is in a text file.? Thanks
