Vb Program in Services.

hi..

\I have a vb program all my users in my office work on that Vb prog only..
What i want is to place that VB Program as System Start Up service as whenever the user logs in He/she will directly get that Program Inspite of Login In window.
Is there any way to put that Vb exe as a startup exe.

Plz Guide.
