VB or C#

I've done some programming in the past but I'm neither a VB nor a C# programmer. Is it an illusion that C# looks simpler and maybe even easier than VB? Which will be more intuitive? I need to choose.

Thanks for your advise.

 
I doubt that one is actually easier than the other, but it depends on what you're used to. To me, I like C# better because I am able to apply some Java syntax to it in combination with some VB-like stuff that MS added to the language.

VB.Net is quite a bit different from 6, so I find C# easier for me personally.
 
Neither is simpler....

The basic difference is syntax....

In both cases, you program the .NET base class library.....so both VB.NET/C# means programming the same thing so little difference!!!

C# is merely terser....
