VB.NET Program Integrated with Accpac Sample 1

I am new to the development programs integrated with accpac.
After I search, it turns out that we can make program from vb.net that can read .net component/library of Accpac.
I need help about this one, is there anyone who can share examples of vb.net programs that are integrated with the accpac library?
