VB.NET Install Error

Microsoft Visual Studio. NEt Enterprise Architect 2003 Setup

Error 1324. The folder parth 'validato[]3.aspx.cs' contains an invalid character.

NOTE: [] = a square...but there's no square on the keyboard.

What does this error mean?

It doesn't allow me to complete installation, and I need it for work.
