VB interview questions

Mathi,
If you don't know anything about VB and you ask him a question such as do you know ADO, he could give you a made up answer and you would have no clue if he was just making it up or knew what you were talking about.
I suggest you interview him based on personality or fit in your company, and use his references and trainning or experience as a technical back-up.
