.vb files not in project

Hello,
I'm using the version of Crystal the comes with Visual Studio.

Some of the reports in the project are missing the .vb files. Did I do something wrong? Where did the go?

Could this happen if you do a file - - > save as to save a report with a different name? I did that a few times because the report that I needed to create was like an existing one.

What are the .vb files for?

I should have been clearer. I know that the .vb files are visual basic files. What I should have said was do these files contain info/data for the computer the report was created on? Thank you.
