I have a set of data in a spread sheet that is linked to Pivot table. After I select different criteria from Pivot table, sometimes it will give me random blanks between data rows. I am having trouble to write a macro so that it will delete those random blanks automatically. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

"random blanks"???

Are you sure that there are no empty cells in the source data rows associated with that Pivot Item?
