VB error :429

hi friends,

we developed an application in VB enterprise ver 6 with ms access 97 as the database ,which also uses crystal reports 5.after completion of the application,we distributed it to around 1000 users who installed it in their windows NT machine and are running it now.

But 2 of them are facing an error 429:"ActiveX component cannot create object"...as soon as they run the appln.after flashing the error,it quits...

we tried the VB help and manually registered a .dll as it dsaid so...we downloaded Vbc.exe from the microsoft site and ran it too,with no effect

can you please help?

The Dao350.dll file was not properly registered when Microsoft Access 97 was installed.
