I am developing on W2000 and trying to deploy on W9x with Crystal reports 8.5, and VB 6 sp5.
Installation on 9x wants to "update the operating system" but if I say OK, it renders the OS dead. It will no longer boot. I have searched the web and followed all the recommendations to no avail.
I tried to install Crystal 8.5 on a w98 machine and deploy from there. The deployment wizard gives an "Out of Stack Space" message so I am stuck there too.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
