VB Data report Error :713, application defined or object defined error 1

When I run the exe on other computer, I get this error
Runtime error 713
Application-defined or object-defined error.

When I do the package and deploy the same on other computers it works perfectly fine.

But my client does not want package, and needs a EXE only.

So I started registering all the dll for this exe to run.

But it is not working, I even tired the MS site article

But its not working still.

The list of dll I have registered:
msdbrptr.dll
msderun.dll
msstdfmt.dll
msbind.dll
vb6stkit.dll


Please help

Seems the client machines do not have VB runtime environmant. So when you create package, all the required files are packed for installation.
Now if you need to do it with EXE, then you need to copy required files and register them on client.

If your client is saying that he/she needs only an exe, I have to ask myself how knowledgeable the client is. Perhaps a better course of action would be to educate the client a bit on deployment issues.
