I recently decided to undertake a project which will allow two people to video conference across the internet using a VB program. Now the problem I am having is... how to begin? I do not know what modules I need to use to capture video, compress video, and send it across the internet to another computer. I know it has to be possible (isn't everything ;] ) and thats the most frustrating part.
If anyone has ANY information about Visual Basic and video, any links, the names of any modules, etc... please let me know.
