VB and PDF files

Hi Guys,
I am creating Report using vb form. I meant here is i am not using any third party tool like crystal report things like that for report I am using my own.
I intend to do following thing
> Read PDF file and create exacly same report in vb. Typical example would be Read 1099 form from PDF file and produce same report in vb.
make sense ? Feel free to ask if question is not clear. Any help on this would be appricated.
