<A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> puts out a nice set of tcp/ip controls. I use it for all my intra/internet needs. You might want to check out sockettools by them.

                         John Stephens

I'm not really intersted in learning the Exchange Server Protocal. I was hoping there might be a ActiveX object or an API that might help me.

Is there anything in Outlook that provides a serve like that?
Clayton T. You can use the Outlook object directly.
If you installed Outlook on your PC there is a reference to an object for it called Microsoft Outlook 98 Object Model (if you use Outlook 98).
But it's there no matter what version use installed.

If you need more help on how to use the objects, I can show you. I found them by printing out a copy of the I Love You virus.

Gary

Yeah, I was looking at that before. I couldn't find any help and found the objects to be pretty confusing. You think you could send me a sample program or brief explanation just to get me started.

I wouldn't mind looking at I Love you as well, but if you don't want to send it I'll understand. If you do send it, comment the code out and change the extention.

Thanks!

Clayton T. I will can send you some code, but the I Love You virus is in paper form. It was too dangerous to keep it in electronic form.
If you want to, I can fax you a copy though.

Whoever created this virus was pretty good. I learned a lot about MS objects and reg settings just by reading it, so I guess some good came of it. Our plant lost many, many files though.
