VB and AutoCAD

Hi! I'm new to Tek-Tips and I hope that Tek-Tip experts could help me out with my problem.
I'm working on a VB application that has some new requirements. To fulfil these requirements I need a OCX control that should possess following features:
1. Display AutoCAD drawings (DWG/DXF and maybe bitmaps)
2. Support feature to interact with external objects. From VB point of view, it should support OLEDragMode method, Events: OLEStartDrag, OLEDragDrop and OLEDragOver etc
3. Should convert .DWG drawing into .DXF and Vice-Versa
4. Should be able to convert .DWG and .DXF drawings into bitmaps
5. Should have some feature to store and retrieve the drawings into SQL Server database along-with the Markup information
6. I should be able to blink anypart of the drawing.

Is there any control that possess most of these features? I need this info urgently.

I've installed DWG Viewer 3, and now i have inVisoX.ocx
try it (DWG Viewer is free)

install the DWG Viewer ... and you'll get the inVisoX.ocx.
this is a free viewer, therefore the ocx can work under a Free licence ... there is a Developper licence available if you wanna have more thing working
