VB 6 Connect String Define Server Name

Can someone show me an example of a connect string to be used in a VB 6 program that uses ODBC to access a SQL server database with the Server Name defined? I have a VB 6 program that when tested on a test server (Windows 2003/SQL Server 2000)actually updates the production SQL Server (Windows NT 4.0/SQL Server 7) somehow.
