Dear all

Our application needs to send an email. Originally we were getting a security warning telling the user that someone was trying to access their address book. We overcome this by downloading a dll called Redemption (thanks to technet). However, redemption seems to only work if outlook is open. We need to send an email but without outlook open (application running via Terminal server).

We've now used the exe clickyes which works but a message box appears on the screen for about a second.

Is there anyone out there who can help? We just want to send the email without outlook open and the user running the application not having any messages appearing on the screen.

Is this possible????

thanks
Sandra

Have you had a look at faq222-3395 and faq222-179. Searching this forum will also produce many results.
