On faster PC of say 650 megahertz, we are experiencing problems with our Software written in VB3 it does not establish connection with modem gives a message comm port not available even if you can dial out in Win98/95 using the same comm port. If you reboot in Dosor in safe mode it sometimes establishes the connection and dials out. Can this be a known problem. If there is a fix where can i get it. Any solution will be acceptible. Your help will be appreciated.
