Vaulting not ejecting tape

Hi all,

Here is my problem:
- Master Solaris 2.8 NB 4.5MP7
- Library STK L5500.
- ACSLS

The vault starts, do what he had to up to the famous 96%. At this time in the logs we can see:

So we are waiting to take the tapes in the cap, close and that's it.
Unfortunately there are no tapes in the cap.

Do you have any idea, I can't find anything on this one.

I've had this happen. Don't know why but

Media=VA0761, STATUS_PENDING you can try checking the media list and see what volume pool the tape is in.

Possibly not even in the library, maybe need to update voume configuration or inventory the robot?

Don't see any clear errors there, call veritas vault support

Vaults weird, I had a vault job finish last night and it ejected the tapes. I let it sit overnight and it ened up cancelling a crapload of jobs including the vault. The tapes were ejected though.
