Vatal problem in kx-ns500

Hello my friends...!
So my situation like that.
I have kx-ns500 with one expansion cabinet kx-ns520,and all other cards that connected to it.
today while i am playing around beside the kx-ns500,the power disconnected from kx-ns500 so now i have only kx-ns520 work. I disconnect the ns520 and turn on the ns500 and ns 520 again, the pbx start with orange then flashing green but it's never stable green so the flashing light doesn't stabilize. Then after flashing green it turn to orange then no light at all.
I try alot of power on and off procedure but with no avail.
Finally, after many failed attemp i had to reset my ns500 after i disconnect the ns520 but all the compicated setting and also recording voice message was cleared. So i am really upset
So please anyone can explain to me what happen..? And why the ns500 stay in flashing green mode with no return to stable mode..?

So can i conclude from what happen that when ever the ns500 shutdown and his ext ns520 stay on, the same problem will happen and i have to reset the ns500 to default..?
