Varient CallRecording with AES and CM6

Virtual softphone id not registering with varient server.Also in varient server is showing DMCC Api not running.In AES6 configuration what will be the ipadress of h323gatekeeper?is in CM Or G430 gateway?Please advice me to solve this issue.....

The gatekeeper is the CLAN the soft-phone registers to. In newer configs this can also be a Processor Ethernet host.

However I do know that in call recording with Qfiniti the registration for the recording ports (virtual soft-phone) is actually to the AES server.
