Take a look at this old thread above..I assume it wasn't pre IOS 12? If it wasn't then why wasn't "variance" used here? and then do traffic-share?

That would've solved the original post's issue instead of doing offsets and such for the metrics, correct?

Any EIGRP gurus, feel free to chime in :)
