Variables saved in the repository

I am trying to save a list of variables in the repository then call it in the select formula of my reports. We have crystal reports XI and crystal server running. I can upload a text file with crystal server. But I can not call it from the select formula.

You can only save custom functions in the Crystal Repository. There is alot of information about how to do this in the online help.

Your best bet is to keep a separate text file and copy and paste when required. You could publish this into the Crystal Reports Server environment if you wanted to keep it within your report environment.
