Variables and Netscape

Is it just me or will Netscape Nav. 4.7 not allow me to set variables?

In 1st frame I put a dynamic textfield and name it "var1".
In my actionslayer I set the variable var1=texttest which displays nicely when I test the movie in IE but in NN4.7 nothing happens?

Anybody knows why?
This drives me crazy! I'm very close to hating Netscape.... ;-)

It was actually just a bug in Netscape.

I uninstalled it and downloaded NN4.76 and now it works.
