Variable width text columns

Using PTC Arbortext tools I can create up to 8 text columns.
Downside is all the columns must be of equal width no matter how many. What I need is a way to have two columns with approximately a 75% - 25% split of the pages text width. This is not about tables but columns of text. Glad to email an example.
