I am using legacy form fields to allow variable text in a series of templates. Users will use a third party program to access the letters (they are all .doc files) and the form fields complete with relevant details. If the information for the form field is not entered, they can double click the form field in the third party text editor and manually alter the form field data, and that is fine.
I would like the letters to have a relevant logo on them in the same way; there would be an image at the top of the first page which would change depending on information given by the user.
At the moment I can see no way to do this - I can't use macros to do what I want as the users will be loading the letters in a third party text editor - the function would need to be in some way built in like the legacy form fields... Does anyone know of some tool which could achieve this - my searches have drawn a blank.
Even if the users could double click the top of the page, and choose an image to insert, that would be better than I can achieve at the moment...
