I have created projects in PageMaker that require something simple like mailing addresses.
The original PageMaker piece would be printed in full color on the press and then we would run the pieces through a docutech to apply the mailing addresses. The mailing addresses were set up with a basic 'mail merge' function in MS Word.
It's not the slickest method in the shop but it is cheaper then investing in PageMaker data merge accessory programs - - if such are available.
